摘    要:目的研究高剂量1318 nm Nd:YAG激光的生物学效应。方法用波长为1318nm的Nd:YAG激光连续照射体外培养的处于对数生长期的人胰腺癌PC-3细胞,分组分别照射0、10、15、20、25、35、50 s,照射后,继续培养24小时,噻唑蓝比色法(MTT)测定各组OD值,研究细胞增殖情况。结果在一定剂量范围内,随着激光照射剂量的提高,PC-3细胞的OD值逐渐降低(P<0.05)。结论1318 nm Nd:YAG激光,在高剂量范围内照射PC-3细胞,具有明显抑制其增殖的作用,且呈剂量依赖性,对于指导临床应用具有重要价值。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the biological effect of high intensity 1318 nm Nd:YAG laser on human pancreatic carcinoma cells(PC-3).Methods Seven groups of PC-3 cells were cultured in 96-well plates for 12 h and then irradiated with 1318nm Nd:YAG continuous wave laser for different time intervals.Cells were irradiated once and cultured for a next 24 h.MTT was used to assess the cell proliferation.Results A significant stimulative effect of 1318 nm laser on PC-3 cell proliferation was found(P<0.05).Conclusion The PC-3 cell proliferation can be inhibated by high intensity 1318 nm Nd:YAG continuous wave laser,which suggests that this laser could be beneficial to patients with pancreatic carcinoma.
