| 摘 要： | 本文报导19例采用大剂量,快速阿托品化方法抢救重度急性经口有机磷雀己药中毒患者,男8例,女11例,平均年龄25岁。有机磷平均服毒量135ml,一般阿托品化时间1～3h,然后维持用药达病人出现谵语、躁动不安为止。本组治疗结果无一例死亡。所有病人无后遗症残留。

| Abstract: | In this article,we report the emergency treatment for 19 cases with acute and severe organophosphorous insecticides.Of these patients,8 cases were male and 11 cases were female,with average age 25.The average oral intake of 1605 or DDV was 135 ml.All the patients received the treatment of large-dose of atropine initial dose 30-40 mg and rapid atropinization 1-3 hrs.The time for reaching atropinization was 1 to 3 hours,and after that atropinization was continued with delirium and mania as final indications.No death happened in this group and no sequelae were observed in all the patients. |
