在流动人口中开展艾滋病预防及健康促进的现实需求

目的:探讨流动人口较普通人群更有可能感染与传播艾滋病的主要因素。方法:采用调查问卷以及各类定性调查形式,对在广州、重庆、武汉三市城区打工的16～49岁四种类型流动人口以及三市市级、街道的流动人口管理人员和业务人员进行调查,并对其他相关课题组资料或国内外文献进行查阅。结果:流动人口具有特殊社会人口学特征,我国现有流动人口管理体制不完善,流动人口的“流动性、寂寞性、性道德观念、知识贫乏、生殖健康行为,客位感”等特点导致他们更易感染与传播艾滋病。结论:在流动人口中开展艾滋病预防及健康促进工作已显得尤为迫切,政府应重视并阻断艾滋病从高危人群向一般尤其是流动人群中的扩散,应加强宣传,提倡安全套的使用。

Study on the demand of AIDS prevention and health promotion in the floating population

Objective:To explore the key factors that caused the floating population more vulnerable to AIDS.Methods:Questionnaire investigation and qualitative interviews were designed for collecting information among floating population aged 16~49 and the relative administrative staff in Guangzhou,Chongqing and Wuhan.A comprehensive literature review was finished at the same time.Results:The floating population had its special social demographic features.The administrative sgstem for floating population was far from perfect in our country. The features of fluidity, loneness, sex morality, poor education, reproductive health behavior and self-deem as a stranger made them more vuluerable to AIDS.Conclusion:The urgent demand is needed to highlight the AIDS research work in floating population.The government should have fully recognitions of the problem and take its responsibility for stopping the communication of AIDS from high risk population to general population,especially the floating population,intensifying health education and promoting the use of condom.
