食管胃吻合口瘘22例诊治经验

目的　总结 10年来食管胃吻合口瘘的诊治经验。方法　回顾性分析 10年内诊治的 2 2例食管胃吻合口瘘的临床资料。结果　颈部吻合 2 0 0例 ,瘘 6例 ( 3 .0 %) ;胸内吻合 44 2例 ,瘘 15例 ( 3 .3 %) ;腹部吻合 3 5 1例 ,瘘 1例( 0 .0 3 %)。死亡 10例。结论　腹部吻合口瘘的发生率最低

Clinical analysis of esophagogastrostomy anastomctic leakage-a report of 22 cases

Objective To summarize our experience in the diagnosis and treatment of esophagogastrostomy anastomotic leakage. Methods Diagnosis and treatment of 22 patients with esophagogastrostomy anastomotic leakage from 1989 to 1999 were analyzed retrospectively. Results Cervical exophagoga strostomy were 200 cases and there were 6 cases of anastomotic leakage (3.0%); Chest esophagogastrostomy were 442 cases and there were 15cases of anastomotic leakage (3.3%); Abdomen esophagogastrostomy were 351 casesand there was 1 case of anastomotic leakage (0.03%) 10 patients with anastomotic leakage died. Conclusion The rate of the incidence rate of anastomotic leakage in abdomen esophagogatrostomy is the lowest of all.
