| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨对行机械通气治疗的肺结核合并呼吸衰竭患者进行护理的效果分析.方法 选取在我院行机械通气治疗的肺结核合并呼吸衰竭患者83例作为研究对象,对所有对象采取适当的护理,观察肺结核合并呼吸衰竭患者的临床治疗效果.结果 上机后12小时,患者的血气分析结果明显改善；经治疗后,患者的总有效率为98.79％.结论 对行机械通气的肺结核合并呼吸衰竭患者采取适当护理后,可明显改善患者的动脉血气分析结果,且患者经护理后,有较好的临床治疗效果. |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the curative effects of nursing care for patients with pulmonary tuberculosis complicated by respiratory failure undergoing mechanical ventilation.Methods A total of 83 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis complicated by respiratory failure undergoing mechanical ventilation were enrolled in this study.All the subjects received proper nursing care.The clinical curative effect were observed.Results 12 hours after ventilation,the results of blood gas analysis were obviously improved.The total effectiveness rate was 98.79% in all the patients after treatment.Conclusions For patients with pulmonary tuberculosis complicated by respiratory failure undergoing mechanical ventilation,proper nursing care can improve the results of blood gas analysis.And the patients achieve a better clinical therapeutic effect after receiving nursing care. |
