冠心病患者动脉弹性及血管负荷指数情况变化研究

目的:探讨冠心病患者动脉弹性及血管负荷指数的变化情况。方法:选取2011年10月～2012年9月于本院进行治疗的57例冠心病患者为观察组,同期进行健康体检的57名健康人员为对照组,将观察组中不同分类及NYHA分级和对照组的动脉弹性及血管负荷指数相关指标进行比较。结果:观察组的动脉弹性相关指标均差于对照组,而baPWV、faPWV、cbPWV及cfPWV均高于对照组,S低于对照组,另外VOI、PP及PPI高于对照组,且观察组中心肌梗死型及NYHA分级Ⅳ级者上述指标波动幅度大于其他患者,P均<0.05,有显著性差异。结论:冠心病患者动脉弹性及血管负荷指数的变化较为明显,且其变化受分类及NYHA分级的影响。

Change of arterial elasticity and vascular overload index of patients with coronary heart disease

Objective:To study the change of arterial elasticity and vascular overload index of patients with coronary heart disease.Methods:A total of 57 patients with coronary heart disease in our hospital from October 2011 to September 2012 were selected as observation group,and 57 healthy personnel with health examination at the same time were selected as control group,then the arterial elasticity and vascular overload related indexes of observation group with different types and NYHA grade and control group were compared.Results:The arterial elasticity related indexes of observation group were all worse than those of control group,baPWV,faPWV,cbPWV and cfPWV were all higher than those of control group,S was lower than that of control group,VOI,PP and PPI were higher than those of control group,and those indexes fluctuation range of observation group with myocardial infarction and Ⅳ grading of NYHA grade were bigger than those of other patients(P<0.05).Conclusions:The change of arterial elasticity and vascular overload index of patients with coronary heart disease are obvious,and its change is affected by the types and NYHA grade.
