| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨早期康复训练对脑出血偏瘫患者功能的影响。方法:110例脑出血并伴有偏瘫的患者随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各55例,实验组患者在接受常规医疗和护理的基础上实施早期康复训练,对照组只接受常规诊疗和护理,比较两组的康复效果。结果:出院时,两组患者简式运动功能评定量表Fugl-Meyer(FMA)评分和Barthel指数(BI)评分差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对脑出血偏瘫的患者实行早期康复训练,有助于提高这类患者的肢体运动功能和日常生活能力。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the effect of early rehabilitation training on function of patients with hemiplegia due to cerebral hemorrhage.Methods:A total of 110 patients were randomly divided into observing group(n=55) with early rehabilitation training,and control group(n=55) with routine treatment.The therapeutical effect was observed and compared.Result:There was significant difference in FMA score and Barthel indexes between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusions :Early rehabilitation training can improve function and life ability of patients with hemiplegia due to cerebral hemorrhage. |
