双岐三联菌制剂对便秘型肠易激综合症老年患者排便情况分析

目的:探讨双岐三联菌制剂对老年便秘型肠易激综合症患者排便情况的影响。方法:随机将76例老年肠易激综合症(便秘型)患者分为两组,对照组(38例)给予马来酸曲美布汀片,实验组(38例)给予马来酸曲美布汀片联合双岐三联菌制剂。结果:治疗后实验组TNF-α、IL-6及IL-8炎性因子水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组患者肝、肾功能末现异常改变。结论:对老年便秘型肠易激综合症患者,应用双岐三联菌制剂,能显著提高临床治疗效果,改善排便情况,调节血液内炎性因子水平,且安全可靠,值得应用推广。

Effect of bifidobacterium triple probiotics on constipation-predominant irritable bowel syndrome in elderly patients with defecation

Objective: To explore the effect of bifidobacterium triple probiotics on constipation-predominant irritable bowel syndrome in elderly patients with defecation.Methods: A total of 76 elderly patients with irritable bowel syndrome(constipation type) patients were randomly divided into two groups.Patients in the control group(38 cases) were given malay acid trimebutine tablets,the experimental group(38 cases) given malay trimebutine piece with bifidobacterium triple probiotics.Results: TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-8 levels of experimental group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).No abnormal changes was observed in the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion: Bifidobacterium triple probiotics can significantly improve clinical outcomes,improve defecation,adjust the level of inflammatory factors in the blood.It is safe and reliable,and is worthy of the application and popularization.
