二氧化锆全瓷冠与金属烤瓷冠在前牙修复中的应用研究

目的:探讨二氧化锆全瓷冠修复前牙的临床疗效。方法:选取我院2010年1月～2011年5月收治的需烤瓷冠或固定桥修复前牙患者75例,共计174牙,随机分为治疗与对照两组,治疗组采用二氧化锆全瓷冠修复前牙,对照组采用镍铬合金烤瓷冠修复,于修复初、修复1年后,观察两组患者修复体外形、色泽变化,以及修复体对牙龈影响。结果:两组患者于1年后回访,两种材料的修复体外观及色泽无明显变化;治疗组牙龈变色及牙龈炎发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:二氧化锆全瓷冠修复前牙美观,且对牙龈组织影响较小,是修复前牙的理想材料。

Application of zirconium dioxide all-ceramic crown and metal-ceramic crown for anterior teeth restoration

Objective:To discuss the clinical efficacy of zirconium dioxide all-ceramic crown for anterior teeth restoration.Methods:A total of 174 teeth from 75 patients admitted to our hospital from January 2010 to May 2011 for porcelain crown or fixed bridge anterior teeth restoration were enrolled and divided into treatment group and control group randomly.The treatment group had zirconium dioxide all ceramic crown for anterior teeth restoration,while control group had nichrome-porcelain crown restoration.Appearance and color changes of restorations,together with its impact on gingiva in both groups were observed shortly and one year after the restoration.Results:No obvious appearance or color changes were observed in restorations of two groups.And the incidence of gingival discoloration and gingivitis in treatment group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:With advantages of aesthetic appearance and minor impacts on gingival tissue,zirconium dioxide all-ceramic crown is an ideal material for anterior teeth restoration.
