纳洛酮对慢阻肺呼吸衰竭患者呼吸力学、肺功能参数及氧代谢的影响观察

摘    要:
目的:探讨纳洛酮对慢阻肺呼吸衰竭患者呼吸力学、肺功能参数及氧代谢的影响。方法:选取2010年7月~2012年6月于本院采用常规治疗方案进行治疗的27例慢阻肺呼吸衰竭患者为对照组,同期采用常规治疗方案加纳洛酮进行治疗的27例患者为观察组,后将两组患者治疗前及治疗后3、5d的呼吸力学、肺功能参数及氧代谢指标进行检测及比较。结果:治疗后3、5d观察组的呼吸力学、肺功能参数及氧代谢指标改善幅度均大于对照组,且观察组治疗后5d的上述指标均明显优于治疗后3d,P均<0.05,均有显著性差异。结论:纳洛酮对慢阻肺呼吸衰竭患者呼吸力学、肺功能参数及氧代谢的影响较佳,可显著改善患者机体的综合状态。

Influence of naloxone on respiratory mechanics, pulmonary function parameters and oxygen metabolism in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and respiratory failure
Abstract:
Objective:To study the influence of naloxone on respiratory mechanics,pulmonary function parameters and oxygen metabolism in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and respiratory failure.Methods:A total of 27 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and respiratory failure who were treated with routine treatment in our hospital from July 2010 to June 2012 were selected as control group,and 27 patients who were treated with routine treatment and naloxone at the same time were selected as observation group,then the respiratory mechanics,pulmonary function parameters and oxygen metabolism indexes of two groups were compared before and 3,5 days after the treatment were detected and compared.Results:After 3 and 5 days of treatment,the improvement in respiratory mechanics,pulmonary function parameters and oxygen metabolism indexes were more obvious than that of control group,and those indexes of observation group 5 days after the treatment were all better than those at third day(P all<0.05=all showing significant differences.Conclusion:Naloxone produced favor influence on respiratory mechanics,pulmonary function parameters and oxygen metabolism of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and respiratory failure,and it can significantly improve the general state of body.
