2009—2012年铜绿假单胞菌临床分布及耐药分析

目的调查2009—2012年住院患者铜绿假单胞菌临床分布及耐药性变迁,为临床合理使用抗生素提供参考依据。方法应用Microscan walkaway40全自动细菌鉴定仪进行细菌鉴定及药敏实验。结果 4年检出铜绿假单胞菌756株,主要分离自ICU科,其次是呼吸科,分别占31.3%和21.3%。标本主要来自呼吸道痰标本610株占80.7%。耐药率〉30%的抗菌药物有氨曲南、头孢吡肟、左氧氟沙星;对其他临床常用抗菌药物耐药率〈30%;亚胺培南耐药率是10.9%。结论铜绿假单胞菌耐药率变化不大,要继续加强耐药监测,防止耐药菌定植、感染和传播,合理使用抗菌药物。

Conclusion Pseudomonas aemginosa resistance rates changed little, should continue to strengthen drug monitoring, to prevent of resistant colonization, infection and transmission, rational use of antibiotics.
