| 摘 要： | 医院内外部环境在不断改变,医院管理亟待从"粗放型"向"精细化"转变,通过精细化管理可以给医院带来新的生机.该文阐述了医院精细化管理的内涵,从对医院实行管理精细化意义的分析为切入点,对医院实施精细化管理的认识误区进行了多角度发掘和剖析,并在此基础上提出了落实医院精细化管理的建议.

| Abstract: | Challenged with the constant changes of internal and external environment,modern hospitals are propelled to convert the extensive management style into refined management style.This paper explained the connotation and significance of refined hospital management,and explored and clarified misconstructions in the process of carrying out refining hospital management.Accordingly,suggestions were made on its implementation. |
