医院中低端人才战略思考

摘    要:本文提出高端人才战略之后中低端人才战略同等重要,指出了当前人才管理中的一些问题,分析了中低端人才战略的意义,如对人才的分类缺乏科学标准导致中低端人才被忽视,中低端人才文凭不高但可能涌现技术尖子,做好中低端人才工作有利于人才队伍的稳定及医院整体的团结与和谐发展等。最后从畅通人才成长渠道,高端人才引进要低调;中高端同台竞技,采用新式人才业绩评价法;建立EAP机构,全方位关爱医院员工等角度出发提出了中低端人才战略思考。

Abstract:After focusing on the strategy of high level personnel human resources,it is described that middle and low level are equally important.It is pointed out the problems in talent management and analyzes the significance of middle and low level,such as the lack of scientific criteria for the classification of personnel resulted in neglects,without high degree but it may emerge technical talents or elites,and making right working will be conducive to the stability of personnel and the hospital unity and harmony of the whole development.Finally,based on the views of smoothening the channels of the talent growth,introducing high level in low-key,making middle and high in the same stage,carrying out the new personnel performance evaluation,establishing EAP institutions,caring fully hospital staff,the strategic thinking are put forwarded in this paper.
