针刺胃经穴位对超重大鼠褐色脂肪细胞的影响

目的]观察针刺对超重大鼠的治疗作用以及对褐色脂肪细胞形态学影响。方法]清洁级SD大鼠60只,随机分为 正常组、模型组和针剌组。正常组喂普通饲料,其他组饲喂高脂饮食12周;针剌组针刺超重大鼠的足三里、内庭穴15 d, 各组治疗前后均测量体质量、体长、计算体质量指数(Lee's指数),治疗后剥离肾周脂肪称(湿)质量,并取肩胛间褐色 脂肪组织,处理后于透射电镜观察其形态学变化。结果]针刺治疗后大鼠体质量下降,Lee's指数和肾周脂肪质量降低, 与模型组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01或P<0.001);电镜下可见针刺组大鼠褐色脂肪细胞的毛细血管变得丰富,胞质中 线粒体数量明显增多,嵴排列致密。结论]针刺胃经穴位对超重大鼠具有一定干预作用,可能与改变其褐色脂肪细胞的形 态、提高产热效能和能量代谢有关。

Effect of Acupuncture of Stomach-meridian Acupoints on Brown Adipocytes in Extraweight Rats

Objective ] To observe the effects of acupuncture in treating extraweight rats and on morphology of brown adipocytes. Methods ] Sixty SD rats were randomized into normal group ( group A), model group ( group B) and acupuncture group (group C). Group A was fed with common forage and groups B and C with high-fat diet for 12 weeks. After then group C was given acupuncture of Zusanli (ST36) and Neiting (ST44) points for 15 days. Body weight, body length and Lee's index were compared before and after treatment in the three groups; wet weight of perirenal fat was detected and the ultrastructure of interscapular brown adipose tissue was observed under transmission electron microscope after treatment. Results] After treatment, body weight, Lee's index and wet weight of perirenal fat were decreased in group C (P < 0.01 or P < 0.001 compared with group B). Under transmission electron microscope, intercellular capillaries of brown adipocytes flourished, mitochondria in cytoplasm increased and mitochondrial crista grew dense in group C. Conclusion] Acupuncture of stomach-meridian acupoints has therapeutic effect on extraweight rats and this may be related to the improvement of ultrastructure of brown adipocytes, increase of energy production and regulation of energy metabolism.
