膝关节色素沉着绒毛结节性滑膜炎的MRI表现

目的：探讨膝关节色素沉着绒毛结节性滑膜炎的MRI表现。方法：回顾性分析8例经手术及病理证实的膝关节PVNS的MRI影像资料。结果：MRI表现中弥漫型6例,局灶型2例。PVNS主要表现为滑膜不规则结节状增生或弥漫性增生,增生的滑膜内含铁血黄素沉着（T2WI低信号）、邻近半月板和（或）骨侵蚀、关节腔积液等。结论：MRI是本病理想的检查方法。

MRI findings of pigmented villonodular synovitis in knee joint

Objective：To explore the MRI findings for pigmented villonodular synovitis in knee joint.Methods：A retrospective analyze was made to the MRI findings of 8 cases which were proved be pigmented villonodular synovitis by pathology examination.Results：All 8 cases of PVNS involved the knee（2 localized nodulars and 6 diffuse villous）.The principal signs of MRI include intra-articular joint mass and extensive synovial proliferation with signal drop out on T2 weighted images（due to the paramagnetic effect of iron in hemosiderin） .Meanwhile the destruction of cartilage,bone and meniscus were also be found. Conclusion：MRI is an ideal examination for this disease.
