药线点灸法与火针法治疗带状疱疹后神经痛的疗效对比分析

目的:比较药线点灸法与火针法治疗带状疱疹后神经痛(PHN)的临床疗效。方法:将70例PHN患者随机分成药线点灸组和火针组。药线点灸组(35例)采用药线点灸疗法治疗,火针组(35例)采用火针疗法治疗,两组均治疗2个疗程共14d。采用视觉模拟尺进行疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)评定疗效。结果:两组治疗后VAS评分较治疗前有明显降低(P0.05),两组间VAS评分变化比较,治疗后药线点灸组显效12例(34.3%),有效20例(57.1%),总有效率为91.4%;火针组显效12例(34.3%),有效18例(51.4%),总有效率为85.7%,两组临床疗效相当。结论:药线点灸疗法和火针疗法均可缓解PHN患者的疼痛症状,且疗效相当。

Comparative analysis of effects between acupuncture of fire needle and medicated thread moxibustion on postherpetic neuralgia

Objective: To compare therapeutic effect between acupuncture of fire needle and medicated thread moxibustion of traditional Zhuang nationality medicine on postherpetic neuralgia(PHN).Method: The patients with PHN were randomized into thread moxibustion group(35 cases),treated by medicated thread moxibustion of traditional Zhuang nationality medicine,and fire needle group(35 cases),treated by acupuncture of fire needle.The treatment courses are two for 14 days.After the courses,the therapeutic effect and score of Visual analogue scale(VAS) were assessed in the both groups.Result: After two courses treatment,the scores of VAS in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05);in the thread moxibustion group,12 cases(34.3%) were excellent,20 cases(57.1%) were effective,the total effective rate was 91.4%;in the fire needle group,12 cases(34.3%) were excellent,18 cases(51.4%) were effective,the total effective rate was 85.7%.The effects of the both groups had no significant difference.Conclusion: Therapeutic effects between acupuncture of fire needle and medicated thread moxibustion on PHN have no significant difference.
