桂林市男男性行为人群艾滋病高危行为干预效果评价

目的评价桂林市男男性行为人群(MSM)艾滋病高危行为干预效果,为预防控制艾滋病传播提供科学依据。方法通过建立MSM人群活动室、深入MSM人群酒吧、发展同伴教育及MSMQQ群网络信息联系等方式,以桂林市MSM活动室、酒吧中的男男性行为人群为干预及调查对象,开展为期1年的艾滋病高危行为干预、宣传活动,干预前后采用国家统一使用的《MSM健康调查问卷(Ⅲ)》对目标人群进行问卷调查以分析干预效果。结果共调查问卷干预前315人,干预后346人。干预后调查对象对大多数艾滋病相关知识掌握情况有了显著提高(P0.05)。干预后目标人群发生同性或异性性行为时每次使用安全套比例有显著性差异(P0.05);干预后目标人群接受艾滋病病毒咨询和检测的比例亦有明显的提高(P=0.000)。在自我评估性取向、是否与男性发生肛交行为、性伴数等3个方面有一定的改善,但改变不大,干预前后差异无统计学意义((P0.05)。结论建立MSM人群活动室、以MSM人群的活动场所为切入点、取得场所业主支持和配合、依靠同伴教育和目标人群QQ群信息联系等方式开展男男性行为人群宣传干预,其措施是有效的。

Evaluation of Intervention on AIDS Related High Risk Behaviors Among Men Having Sex With Men in Guilin

Objective To evaluate the effect of integrated intervention on HIV/AIDS among men having sex with men（MSM）in Guilin,and provide scientific evidence for the prevention and control of HIV infection among MSM.Methods Intervention measures such as health education about AIDS,promoting condom use and HIV test were carried out among MSM and anonymous questionnaire surveys were conducted before and after the one-year intervention.The effect of intervention was analyzed by SPSS11.5 statistical soft-ware.Results A total of 315 MSM were involved in the first survey and 346 in the second one.After intervention,the awareness rates of AIDS-related knowledge among the MSM were increased significantly（P〈0.05）,the condom use rate among them at each homosexual or heterosexual activity increased significantly（P〈0.05）,the voluntary HIV counseling and test rate among them increased significantly too（P=0.000）,but the changes on male sex partner number,anal intercourse behavior,and self sex orientation were not obvious.Conclusion The integrated intervention on AIDS related high risk behaviors among MSM was effective by stabling MSM rooms,conducting survey in places where MEM met,peer education,QQ communication and social support.
