宁波市城区糖尿病患者及其亲属知信行调查

目的了解宁皮城区居民关于糖尿病的知、信、行.方法随机抽样194名患者及其129名亲属进行问卷调查.结果患者对常见症状、控制饮食、足部保健、可能后果等较亲属认识程度要高,防治态度更积极,血糖监测,体育锻炼等健康行为形成率更高.结论大部分糖尿病患者及亲属掌握了糖尿病基本知识,有正确的态度和行为.我区糖尿病健康教育工作有效,但仍需进一步加强.

Survey on KAP in Diabetes Patients and Their Relatives in Ningbo City Area

Objective To investigate the knowledge, attitude and practice (KAP) about diabetes in Ningbo city area. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 194 diabetes patients and 129 close relatives of patients by random sampling. Results The patients had grasped more correct knowledge about frequent symptoms, diet control, foot care and possible syndrome than the relatives. They were more positive than the relatives and had cultivated more healthy practice such as inspecting blood-glucose, physical exercise. Conclusion Most of diabetes patients and their close relatives have grasped the basic knowledge about diabetes, and have the correct attitude and action. In the survey area, the health education about diabetes is effective, but still need further reinforcement.
