食管癌手术患者癌因性疲乏与生存质量调查

目的 研究食管癌手术患者的癌因性疲乏与生存质量的相互关系,为护理干预提供依据。方法 应用《癌症疲乏量表》与《世界卫生纽织生存质量测定量表简表》、《癌症疼痛及生存质量调查表》对65例食管癌患者分别于术前、术后1w、术后3个月进行测评。以分析癌因性疲乏与生存质量的相互关系。结果 食管癌患者手术后对自身生存质量及自身健康状况不满意者占半数以上,食管癌患者手术后生存质量明显下降（P〈0．01）。癌因性疲乏与生存质量呈负相关（P〈0．05）,手术后3个月接近手术前水平。结论 食管癌患者的癌因性疲乏与手术前后生存质量两者相互影响,针对患者手术前后不同病期给予心理支持、健康教育、舒适护理及康复指导等干预措施,可消除或缓解食管癌患者的癌因性疲乏程度,提高患者生存质量。

Investigation on carcinoma--related fatigue and quality of life of patients with oesophagus cancer surgery

Objective To explore the correlation between carcinoma-related fatigue and quality of life of patients with oesophagus cancer surgery in order to provide evidences for related nursing.(Methods 65)patients with oesophagus cancer were investigated before surgery and at 1st week,3rd months after surgery to analyze the correlation between carcinoma-related fatigue and quality of life."carcinous fatigue scale","WHO quality of life scale" and "carcinous pain and quality of life questionnaire" were filled in by the patients.Results Almost half of patients with oesophagus cancer felt unsatisfactory with their quality of life and health status.The quality of life of patients with oesophagus cancer was decreased obviously(P<0.01).There was negative correlation between carcinoma-related fatigue and quality of life(P<0.05).Degree of the patients' carcinoma-related fatigue and quality of life at 3rd months after surgery was same as that before surgery.Conclusions In patients with oesophagus cancer,there is correlation between carcinoma-related fatigue and quality of life.We should give the patients nursing interventions(mental support,health education,comfort nursing, rehabilitation nursing) according to patients' different courses,by which can eliminate or decrease their carcinoma-related fatigue and promote their quality of life.
