Clinical Experience of Prof.HUANG Wen-zheng in Treating Refractory Infection of Urinary System

The infection of urinary system infection was mostly characterized by deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality.The deficiency of spleen and kidney was presented prior to urinary bladder disorder caused by damp-heat pathogen flowing down to lower-JIAO.The deficiency of both spleen and kidney was the cause of damp-heat in urinary bladder,while damp-heat in urinary bladder the result of deficiency of both spleen and kidney.A heat in upper portion and cold in the lower,fever excess due to yin deficiency,and inter-combination of stasis and heat were commonly existed types in syndrome differentiation.
