针刀结合整脊疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效观察

摘    要:
目的:观察针刀结合整脊疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:将220例患者随机分为两组各110例,对照组采用针灸结合整脊疗法治疗,治疗组采用针刀结合整脊疗法治疗。每周1次,两组均治疗3次后统计疗效,治疗前后分别采用NRS疼痛评分和JOA下腰痛评价表进行评分。结果:两组共完成200例。治疗组101例中基本痊愈50例,显效31例,有效16例,无效4例,总有效率96.04%;对照组99例中基本痊愈33例,显效27例,有效27例,无效11例,总有效率87.88%;两组总有效率比较有显著差异(P﹤0.05)。结论:小针刀结合整脊疗法能减轻腰椎间盘突出症症状、体征,疗效更加显著。

Abstract:
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of acupotomy with spinal rotation massage on lumbar disc herniation(LDH),and to research the change processes of symptoms and physical sign. Methods: 220 cases of patients with LDH were randomly divided into two group, 110 cases in each group. The control group was treated with acupuncture combined with spinal rotation massage, while the treatment group was treated with acupotomy combined with spinal rotation massage. Once per week as a course of treatment. After both groups were treated for 3 courses of treatment, the results were statistically counted, and scored before and after treatment respectively by NRS pain score and JOA evaluation scale of low back pain.Results: After both groups were treated,the comparison of curative effects was statistically significant(significantly effective comparison P ﹤ 0.01;effective comparison P ﹤0.05). Conclusion: Acupotomy combined with spinal rotation massage can reduce the symptoms and physical sign of LDH, and its curative effect is more significant.
