补肾1号加减联合来曲唑治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕症临床观察

目的:观察补肾1号方加减联合来曲唑对多囊卵巢综合征不孕症患者月经情况、中医症状变化及妊娠率的影响。方法:选取50例肾虚型多囊卵巢综合征不孕症患者作为研究对象,分为两组各25例,治疗组采用补肾1号方加减联合来曲唑治疗,对照组采用来曲唑联合麒麟丸治疗。观察两组患者治疗后的月经情况、中医症状变化,比较疗效及及妊娠情况。结果:治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为72%和36%;治疗组和对照组妊娠率分别为36%和12%,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论:采用补肾1号加减联合来曲唑治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕症,能够改善患者的月经情况,减轻中医症状,提高妊娠率。

Clinical observation of modified Bushen no.1 and letrozole on infertility of polycystic ovary syndrome

Objective:To observe the effect of modified Bushen no.1 and letrozole on menstruation condition,TCM symptoms change and pregnancy rate of patients with infertility of polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods:50 cases of selected patients with infertility of polycystic ovary syndrome of kidney-deficiency type were taken as researched objects and randomly divided into two groups,25 cases in each geoup.The treatment group was treated with modified Bushen no.1 and letrozole,while the control group was treated with letrozole and Qilin pills.After treatment,menstruation conditions and TCM symptom changes of patients in two groups were observed,therapeutic effect and pregnancy condition were compared.Results:The total effective rate was 72%in treatment group and 36%in control group respectively.The pregnancy rate was 36%in treatment group and 12%in control group respectively.Compared between groups,the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of infertility of polycystic ovary syndrome,modified Bushen no.1 combined with letrozole can improve the menstruation condition,remit TCM symptoms and enhance the pregnancy rate.
