中西医结合治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘疗效观察

目的:观察中西医结合治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床疗效。方法:选取符合纳入标准的咳嗽变异性哮喘患者88例,将其随机分为两组各44例,对照组给予沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用中药治疗。治疗1个月,评价记录两组临床疗效,并对肺功能的各项指标进行检测。结果:治疗组总有效率为93.2%,对照组总有效率为70.5%,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);经过治疗两组肺功能指标均有所改善,差异均具有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论:中药内服联合沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘具有良好的临床疗效。

Observation of curative effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on cough variant asthma

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on cough variant asthma.Methods:88 cases of selected patients with cough variant asthma,who met inclusion criteria,were randomly divided into two groups,44 cases in each geoup.The control group was treated with salmeterol xinafoate and fluticasone propionate powder for inhalation,while the treatment group was treated plus with traditional Chinese drugs on the basis of control group.After 1 month of treatment,the clinical effect of patients in two groups was recorded and evaluated,and the various indexes of lung function were detected.Results:The total effective rate was 93.2%in the treatment group and 70.5%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the indexes of lung function in both groups were improved,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of oral traditional Chinese drug combined with salmeterol xinafoate and fluticasone propionate powder for inhalation on cough variant asthma is better.
