甘草附子汤联合甲钴胺片治疗化疗药物性周围神经病变疗效观察

目的:观察甘草附子汤联合甲钴胺片治疗化疗药物性周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法:将化疗药物导致周围神经病变患者60例按随机数字表法分组。治疗组31例予甘草附子汤联合甲钴胺片治疗,对照组29例予甲钴胺片,15天为1个疗程。结果:治疗组完全缓解7例,部分缓解17例,无效7例,总有效率77.4%;对照组完全缓解3例,部分缓解12例,无效14例,总有效率51.7%,两组总有效率比较有统计学差异(P﹤0.05)。结论:甘草附子汤联合甲钴胺片治疗化疗药物性周围神经病变的疗效优于单独使用甲钴胺。

Efficiency observation of Gancao Fuzi decoction and mecobalamin tablets on chemotherapeutic drugs-induced peripheral neuropathy

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Gancao Fuzi decoction and mecobalamin tablets on chemotherapeutic drugs-induced peripheral neuropathy.Methods:60 cases of patients with chemotherapeutic drugs-induced peripheral neuropathy were randomly divided into two groups.31 cases of treatment group were treated with Gancao Fuzi decoction and mecobalamin tablets,while 29 cases of control group was treated with mecobalamin tablets,15 days as 1 course of treatment.The effects of two groups were observed.Results:In the treatment group,7 cases were complete remission,17 cases were partial remission,7 cases were no remission,the total effective rate was 77.4%.In the contron group,3 cases were complete remission,12 cases were partial remission,14 cases were no remission,the total effective rate was 51.7%.Compared the total effective rate between two groups,the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of Gancao Fuzi decoction and mecobalamin tablets on chemotherapeutic drugs-induced peripheral neuropathy is better than that of single mecobalamin tablets.
