芒果苷对小鼠抗应激作用的实验研究

摘    要:目的 观察芒果苷对小鼠的抗应激作用。方法 予不同浓度、剂量的芒果苷和淀粉蒸馏水分别给小鼠灌胃 1h后 ,分组进行负重游泳、耐缺氧、耐低温的应激实验 ,实验过程中测定小鼠血清超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD )活力、丙二醛(MDA)含量的变化。结果 予芒果苷的小鼠在不同的抗应激实验中的生存时间均比对照组延长 (P均 <0 .0 1) ,血清中SOD活力上升、MDA含量下降 (P <0 .0 1或 0 .0 5 )。结论 芒果苷具有一定的抗应激作用。

Abstract:Objective To observe the anti-stress effects of Mangiferin in mice. Methods One hour after different concentrations and doses of Mangiferin and distilled water were administered using Gavage method, mice were divided into groups for anti-stress tests like loaded swimming, resistance to lack of oxygen and low temperature to observe changes of superoxide dismutase (SOD) vitality and concentrations of Malondialdehyde (MDA). Results The survival time of the tested mice were longer than the control groups (P<0.01) with sera SOD vitality increased and MDA concentration decreased (P<0.01 or 0.05). Conclusion Mangiferin had certain anti-stress actions.
