| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨射干麻黄汤配合西替利嗪治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘(CVA)的临床疗效。方法:将86例患儿随机分为两组,治疗组用射干麻黄汤加减,每日1剂,分2次服用,配合西替利嗪每日1次口服;对照组单纯口服西替利嗪,剂量同治疗组,两组均7d为一疗程。结果:治疗组疗效与对照组比有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:射干麻黄汤配合替利嗪治疗小儿CVA有明显的协同作用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the clinical effect of association of Sheganmahuangtang with cetiirizine in treatment of children with CVA. Methods: 86 children with CVA were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group were given Sheganmahuangtang 0.5 dose twice a day with cetiirizine; the contrast group were merely given cetiirizine. The treatment period for both groups was 7 d. Results: The treatment group showed significant divergence (P < 0.01) compared with the contrast group. Conclusions: Association of Sheganmahuangtang with cetiirizine in treatment of children with CVA has significant clinical effect. |
