广州地区人群高尿酸血症的调查分析

摘    要:目的: 了解广州市人群的血尿酸水平,探讨高尿酸血症的膳食影响因素,为高尿酸血症的地区防治提供依据。方法: 测定748名广州市常住居民血尿酸和体质指数,并进行膳食问卷,分析体重和饮食习惯与高尿酸血症的相关性。结果: 男性血尿酸均值为384.6±74.8 mmol/L,女性为286.3±65.3 mmol/L(P<0.01);男性高尿酸血症的患病率为13.8%,女性为11.9%,合计为13.2 %。超重/肥胖者血尿酸水平显著高于正常体重者(P<0.01),肥胖者高尿酸血症的检出率为19.4%,是正常体重者的2.43倍。饮食因素中,饮酒、海鲜、肉制的例汤是广州地区人群高尿酸血症的相关危险因素,而蔬菜、水果呈负相关。结论: 广州市人群的血尿酸水平上升,且有年轻化趋势。适当的减重及合理的膳食指导是防治高尿酸血症的有效措施。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the relationship between serum uric acid(SUA) and prevalence of hyperuricemia(HUM) and the effects of dietary factors on HUM . Methods: Total 748 subjects from Guangzhou were questioned and SUA and body mass index (BMI) was measured by trained investigators. Results: The mean SUA concentration was (384.6±74.8)mmol/L in males vs (286.3±65.3) mmol/L in females, (P<0.01). The prevalence rate of HUM was 13.8% in males, 11.9% in females and 13.2% in the total. The SUA concentration of overweight group and obesity group was higher than that in normal group (P<0.01) .The prevalence rate of HUM was 19.4% in obesity group. By multiple Logistic regression analysis, the consumption of drink, fishes and meat抯 soup were risk factors for HUM, while vegetables and fruits were protective factors. Conclusion: The level of SUA and prevalence of HUM are high among the population in Guangzhou area. Control of energy intake, weight reduction and rational dietary pattern should be the major preventing measures .
