腹针结合整脊手法治疗颈性眩晕临床观察

目的 探讨腹针结合整脊手法治疗颈性眩晕的方法及临床效果。方法 将我院2007年12月～2009年12月治疗的96例颈性眩晕患者随机分为观察组48例（腹针结合整脊手法）和对照组48例（单纯整脊手法）。对两组的治愈率进行比较。结果 两组的治愈率及总有效率相比、差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 腹针结合整脊治疗对颈性眩晕患者的疗效比单纯采用整脊治疗好，值得临床推广。

Abdomen Needle Combined with Entire Spine Technique for Cervical Dizziness

Objective To explore the clinical effect of abdomen needle combined with the entire spine technique in the treatment of cervical dizziness. Methods We divided 96 cases of cervical dizziness in our hospital from Oct. 2008 to Oct. 2009 into the observation group（48 cases,abdomen needle plus the entire spine technique）and the control group examples （48 cases the entire spine technique alone）. The comparison was made of the cure rate between the two groups. Results There were significant differences in the cure rates and the total effective rate between the two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The curative effect of abdomen needle combined with the entire spine technique is better than that of the entire spine technique alone in the treatment of cervical dizziness, worthy of being popularized.
