8863名食品从业人员HBsAg检测结果分析

目的分析近年来HBsAg在食品从业人员中的感染状况,提供必要的卫生学依据.方法采用反向间接血凝(RPHA)法,对菏泽市牡丹区、开发区2000年1～12月食品从业人员进行HBsAg检测,共检测人员8863名.结果检出阳性246名,阳性率2.78%.其中男性108名,阳性率3.20%;女性138名,阳性率2 .51%.市区食品行业检测5047名,HBsAg阳性112名,阳性率2.22%;农村集镇食品从业人员3816名,HBsAg阳性134名,阳性率3.70%.结论食品从业人员HBsAg阳性率低于正常人群水平,农村集镇高于城市,男性高于女性.

Analysis on Dectection of HBsAg Among 8863 Food Traders

Objcetive To study theinfection of HBsAg among food traders.Methods With the method of RPHA, 8863 people were detected.Restlus 246 cases were positive,the rate was 2.78%,of whom 108 were men (3.20%) and 138 were women (2.51%).The food traders downtown 5047 cases were detected, 112 were positive, the rate was 2.22%.The food traders in the countryside 3816 cases were detected.The HBsAg positive were found in 134 people, making up 3.70%.Conclusion The HBsAg positive rate of the food traders is obviously lower than that of the normal groups.COuntryside traders are higher than town traders and men higher than women.
