| 摘 要： | 目的 研究对Petenon法测定多肽(蛋白质)含量有干扰作用的Tween—80的浓度范围。方法 Peteron法。结果 测定浓度小于0．14％的Tween—80对Peterson法无干扰作用。结论 可以通过控制Tween—80在测定液中的浓度来消除其对Peterson法测定多肽含量的影响。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To study the concentration rang of which can interfere Tween-80 with the Peterson method when determining the quantity of polypepitide /protein.METHODS Peterson method was adopted.RESULTS Tween-80 can't affect the Peterson method when the concentration of Tween-80 in test solution is below 0.14%. CONCLUSION The effects of Tween-80 on the Peterson method can be eliminated by controlling the concentration of Tween-80 in the test solution. |
