| 摘 要： | 目的:对亚砷酸(As2O3)临床治疗APL的毒副反应进行观察和护理干预。方法:对18例急性早幼粒细胞性白血病(APL)患者进行了78个疗程的三氧化二砷治疗,治疗前后对患者体重、皮肤、神经、消化、呼吸、心血管、血液、泌尿等方面进行观察,注意血尿常规、肝肾功能的变化情况,与治疗前进行对比。结果:本组18例患者在治疗过程中,大多出现了不同程度的不良反应,如:水钠潴留、胃肠道反应、皮肤干燥、肝功能损害等,但程度均较轻,一般无需停药,给予适当的支持治疗和护理后症状缓解,继续治疗。结论:治疗剂量注射液的不良反应多为轻度,针对其不良反应进行对症护理,同时加强相关的健康指导,可保证化疗的顺利完成。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the nursing care and the side effect of intravenous injection of As2O3.Method:18 Patients with acute promyelocytic leukemia(APL) were treated by the injection of As2O3 for 78 times.To observe the changes of body weight and every systems of body after treatment with intravenous injection of As2O3.Result: Most of the 18 patients were observed with mild reactions and they could recovered after ceasing the arsenic treatment or allopathy.There was no infection after allopathy treatment without ceasing drug.Conclusion: The most of side effects were mild and convertible.Nursing care could be effective to relieve the complications. |
