| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effect of tamsulosin hydrochloride capsules applied in patients with ureteral calculus after extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy(ESWL).Methods 80 patients with ureteral calculus underwent ESWL were randomly divided into control group(administered furosemide after surgery)and observation group(administered furosemide+tamsulosin hydrochloride capsules after surgery),and the therapeutic effects of two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the GQOLI-74 score of observation group was higher than that of control group,the time of stone removal was shorter than that of control group,the rates of stone removal at 15 days and 1 month after surgery were higher than those of control group,and the pain indicators were better than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Tamsulosin hydrochloride capsules applied in patients with ureteral calculus after ESWL can achieve significant effect. |
