血清IL-6预测早产儿支气管肺发育不良的临床价值分析

摘    要:目的 探讨血清IL-6预测早产儿支气管肺发育不良(BPD)的临床价值。方法 检测60例早产儿的血清IL-6水平,统计其BPD发生情况,采用Logistic回归分析探讨血清IL-6水平与早产儿发生BPD的关系;绘制ROC曲线,分析IL-6预测早产儿BPD的临床价值。结果 60例早产儿中BPD发生率为30.00%。BPD组的IL-6水平显著高于非BPD组(P <0.05)。Logistics回归分析显示,血清IL-6高表达与早产儿发生BPD相关(OR>1, P <0.05)。ROC曲线显示,血清IL-6预测早产儿BPD的AUC为0.796。结论 血清IL-6水平与早产儿发生BPD密切相关,血清IL-6预测早产儿BPD的临床价值较高。

Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical value of serum IL-6 in predicting bronchopulmonary dysplasia(BPD)in premature infants.Methods The serum IL-6 levels of 60 premature infants were detected,and the occurrence of BPD was counted.The relationship between serum IL-6 level and occurrence of BPD in premature infants was explored by Logistic regression analysis.ROC curve was drawn to analyze the clinical value of IL-6 in predicting BPD of premature infants.Results The incidence of BPD in 60 premature infants was 30.00%.The level of IL-6 in BPD group was significantly higher than that in non-BPD group(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that high serum IL-6 expression was associated with occurrence of BPD in premature infants(OR>1,P<0.05).ROC curve showed that A UC of serum IL-6 in predicting BPD of premature infants was 0.796.Conclusions The serum IL-6 level is closely related to the occurrence of BPD in premature infants,and the clinical value of serum IL-6 in predicting BPD of premature infants is high.
