| 摘 要： | 目的研究泪道疾病的CT表现,并评价其对诊断与治疗的临床意义。方法 21例泪道疾病患者均经轴位双层螺旋CT薄层扫描,同时采用多平面重组(MPR)方式观察冠状位图像。结果研究证实,本组21例中有泪囊炎5例(24%),鼻泪管阻塞6例(28.5%),单侧鼻骨骨折4例(19%)以及眶内侧壁骨折合并鼻泪管骨折6例(28.5%)。结论薄层螺旋CT扫描结合MRP重组能清晰显示泪道阻塞的部位、范围及其致病原因,对临床明确诊断与选择最佳治疗方案具有重要意义。
