| 摘 要： | 目的通过对沧州城乡部分区域居民进行问卷调查,了解本地区居民肛周疾病的发病情况。方法人群问卷调查法。结果人群肛周疾病患病率51.85%;女性患病率54.54%,标准化患病率（P′）=29.28%,男性患病率48.74%,P′=22.57%,肛周疾病的患病率女性高于男性（P〈0.01）。肛周疾病与工作性质、生活紧张程度、饮食、居住环境等均有相关性（P〈0.01）。结论肛周疾病患病率比较高,是目前人群中常见的、多发的疾病。应该引起临床医生的重视。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To survey the incidence of perianal diseases in urban and rural residents of Cangzhou through questionnaire investigation. Method Questionnaire survey was adopted in this study.
