中西医结合治疗缺血性心脏病的疗效观察

目的 观察自拟冠心通脉汤加用常规药物治疗缺血性心脏病的疗效.方法 在海港开发区和平安社区随机抽取各6个村,对村中17393例村民进行缺血性心脏病的筛查,共筛查出60岁以上的病人184例,并随机抽取100例分成两组,海港开发区50例作为治疗组,在常规药物治疗的基础上加用自拟冠心通脉汤口服;平安社区50例作为对照组,给予常规药物治疗,两组疗程均为3周,观察两组心功能、心电图、血脂与临床症状的改善情况.结果 治疗组总有效率分别为90%、90%、72%;对照组为72%、68%、52%,两组比较具有显著性差异.结论 采用自拟冠心通脉汤加用常规药物治疗缺血性心脏病的疗效明显优于单用西药治疗,值得临床推广应用.

Curative Effect Observation on Treatment of Ischemic Heart Disease by Combination Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

Objective Observing the curative effects of self-prepared TCM Guan Xin Tong Mai soup combined with normal medicines on ischemic heart disease.Methods 6 villages were randomly selected in Harbor Development Zone and Pingan Community and 17,393 villagers in these 6 villages were filtered for ischemic heart disease.184 patients over 60 years old having such disease were found,among which,100 patients were randomly selected and divided into 2 groups.50 patients in Harbor Development Zone were set in the treatment group,besides normal medicine they also took Guan Xin Tong Mai soup orally;and 50 patients in Pingan Community were set in the control group and were treated with normal medicine.Heart function,electrocardiogram,lipid and the promotion of clinic symptoms were observed on these 2 groups after 3-week treatment course.Results Treatment group:The total effective rate are 90%,90%,72% respectively,and 72%,68%,52% in the control group.Obvious difference after comparing two groups was shown.Conclusion Curative effect by self-prepared Guan Xin Tong Mai soup combined with normal medicine on ischemic heart disease is obvious superior to only by western medicine.It is worth to be applied on clinic treatment.
