| 摘 要： | 目的观察氧化槐定碱、槐定碱对昆明小鼠的急性毒性反应。方法通过向昆明小鼠尾静脉注射不同浓度的氧化槐定碱、槐定碱溶液,观察并记录野靛碱、N-甲基金雀花碱、鹰爪豆碱对小鼠的毒性反应。测定氧化槐定碱、槐定碱对小鼠的致死剂量(LD50)。结果昆明小鼠对氧化槐定碱、槐定碱的半数致死剂量(即Prob=0.50时)分别为0.265g/kg、0.058g/kg。结论氧化槐定碱、槐定碱对小鼠有一定的毒性,氧化槐定碱毒性小于槐定碱。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the acute-toxicity reaction on KM mice of Oxysophoridine and Sophoridine.Methods Injection different concentration of Oxysophoridine and Sophoridine solution to KM mice through tail intravenous,observe and record the reaction on mice of Sophoridine,N-Methylcytisine,sparteine.Determine its lethal in mice（LD50）.Results Kunming mice oxysophoridine,and half of the Sophoridine lethal dose（Prob=0.50） were 0.265g/kg,0.058g/kg.Conclusion Oxysophoridine and Sophoridine has some toxic effect on mice and the toxic of Oxysophoridine is less than Sophoridine. |
