牙周炎伴2型糖尿病患者牙周基础治疗效果研究

目的探讨2型糖尿病与牙周炎在疾病发展过程中的相互影响。方法选择2型糖尿病的牙周炎患者（观察组）与不伴糖尿病的牙周炎患者（对照组）各30例行牙周基础治疗,记录并比较两组患者在治疗前后的牙周袋探诊深度（PD）、牙周附着丧失（AL）、血糖（GLU）及糖化血红蛋白（HbAlc）的变化。结果牙周基础治疗后,两组PD与AL与治疗前相比明显下降,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。GLU与HbAlc指标也明显下降,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论糖尿病和牙周炎之间存在着双向关系,牙周基础治疗可缓解牙周炎患者的局部牙周炎症状态,同时在一定程度上缓解糖尿病症状。

Observations of the non-surgical treatment response on type-2 diabetic patients with periodontitis

【Objective】 To observe the clinical response of non-surgical treatment on type-2 diabetes patients with periodontitis.【Methods】 There were two groups,60 cases（30 cases each） received non-surgical periodontal treatment,i e,group of periodontitis with diabetesmellitus（DM）,and group of is periodontitis without diabetes（Non-DM）.We recorded and compared the following indices of every patient： probing depth（PD）,attachment loss（AL）,blood glucose（GLU） and glycated hemoglobin（HbAlc） change before and after the treatment.【Resluts】 After treatment,the two groups PD and AL indexes had a significant decrease,the difference was significant（P0.05）.GLU and HbAlc indices also had a significant decrease,the difference was significant（P0.05）.【Conclusion】 There is the two-way relationship between periodontitis and diabetes periodontal.Non-surgical treatment can relieve the local periodontal disease status of periodontitis patients,while making improvements in metabolic,and easing the symptoms of diabetes.
