| 摘 要： | 目的评价电子阴道镜在宫颈病变诊断中的价值和临床意义。方法对我院妇科门诊2010年1—9月间2 279例阴道镜检查病例进行分析。结果阴道镜对宫颈上皮内瘤样病变(CIN)诊断的灵敏度为85.1%(40/47),特异度为53.0%(71/134);对宫颈癌诊断的灵敏度为88.9%(8/9);对湿疣诊断的灵敏度为100%(2/2)。阴道镜的阳性预测值为64.5%(40/62),阴性预测值为89.9%(71/79)。CIN分级与宫颈糜烂的关系无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论电子阴道镜是一种可行的、有价值的诊断方法,但又有其局限性,需积累经验,综合分析,慎重诊断。
