| 摘 要： | 目的了解长春市社区卫生服务人力资源配置与需求现状。方法采用问卷方式对长春市96个社区卫生服务中心（站）人力资源配置现状进行调查。结果长春市社区卫生服务人力资源结构不尽合理,主要表现在：社区卫生服务中心人员的学历和职称层次偏低;医护比例不合适,医生比例偏大;性别差异较大,女性占多数;接受专业培训比例较低,社区卫生服务中心人员仅占2.59%。结论加强社区卫生服务的内涵建设,必须将人才建设摆在优先发展的地位。因此,建立一支数量适宜、结构合理的社区卫生服务队伍,是完善社区卫生服务功能的关键所在。 |
