| 摘 要： | 目的将平衡记分卡应用到慢性病防治机构绩效管理中,以进一步提高慢性病防治机构绩效管理质量。方法采用文献法,平衡计分卡和德尔菲法构建慢性病防治机构绩效管理中的绩效考核体系。结果本研究根据国内外平衡计分卡的应用现状,探索慢性病防治机构在绩效管理中存在的问题,从而构建出在应用平衡计分卡情况下慢性病防治机构的绩效考核体系。结论鉴于我国慢性病防治机构绩效管理尚处于初期发展阶段,存在诸多问题亟待解决,将平衡计分卡应用于慢性病防治机构绩效管理中的研究有助于为慢性病防治机构绩效管理提供一个借鉴。
