江门地区女性生殖道人乳头瘤病毒感染的感染状况

目的:探讨江门地区女性生殖道人乳头瘤病毒感染以及HPV基因亚型的分布状况。方法:2009年1月~2010年3月采取HPV导流杂交基因芯片技术对2000名志愿者进行宫颈癌筛查,并对HPV亚型感染、多重感染及感染者年龄分布情况进行分析。结果:2000例女性HPV感染422例,平均年龄为(35.6±9.9)岁,HPV感染率为21.1%(422/2000);高危型HPV前五位排列分别为HPV16、52、58、33、53,低危型HPV前三位排列分别为HPV11、6、44;单重感染占79.3%、多重感染占20.7%;从6个年龄组中HPV感染率前三位排列是61~75岁、16~20岁、21~30岁年龄段,分别是43.6%、30.5%、24.0%,她们之间存在明显的差异(P<0.01)。结论:江门地区女性生殖道人乳头瘤病毒感染最常见的亚型为HPV16,HPV基因亚型的分布存在地方性的差异。

Infection status of human papillomavirus infection of female genital tract in Jiangmen area

Objective:To explore the status of human papillomavirus(HPV) infection of female genital tract in Jiangmen area and the distribution of HPV gene subtypes.Methods:HPV diversion hybridization gene chip technology was used in the study,2 000 volunteers received cervical cancer screening from January 2009 to March 2010;the distribution status of HPV subtypes infection,multiple infection and age of infected cases were analyzed.Results:Among 2 000 women,422 women were infected by HPV,the average age was(35.6 ± 9.9) years,the infection rate of HPV was 21.1%(422/2 000);the first five high risk HPV subtypes were HPV16,52,58,33,53;the first three low risk HPV subtypes were HPV11,6,44;the proportions of single infection and multiple infection were 79.3% and 20.7%,respectively;the first three age groups of HPV infection were 61～75 years old group(43.6%),16～20 years old group(30.5%) and 21～30 years old group(24.0%),there was significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusion:The most common subtype of HPV infection of female genital tract in Jiangmen area is HPV16,the distribution of HPV gene subtypes has local difference.
