腹腔镜联合孕三烯酮治疗卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿临床观察

目的:探讨腹腔镜联合孕三烯酮治疗子宫内膜异位囊肿的疗效及防治子宫内膜异位囊肿复发的可行性及临床价值。方法:选择2005年1月～2007年3月行腹腔镜手术的卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿患者72例,依据是否联合药物治疗分为单纯腹腔镜手术组35例和孕三烯酮联合治疗组37例。随访24～36个月,对症状缓解情况、术后复发率进行比较分析。结果:单纯手术组的复发率为51.43%,联合治疗组的复发率为18.9%,差异有统计学意义。结论:腹腔镜术后联合孕三烯酮有利于防治卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿复发,可以作为卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿术联合治疗的选择方案。

Clinical observation on endometrial cyst of ovary treated with laparoscopic surgery combined with gestrinone
