| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨转运的早产儿5岁以内体格发育规律。方法:对429名胎龄≤36周的早产儿5岁内的体重和身高进行回顾性分析。结果:早产儿在5岁以内呈追赶生长,但仍有落后趋势。结论:应根据早产儿体格发育的特点,对其营养状况加强干预指导,同时建立完善的随访管理系统。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the regularity of physical development of transported premature infants below 5 years.Methods:The data of body weight and length of 429 premature infants below 5 years with gestational age ≤36 weeks were analyzed retrospectively.Results:The premature infants below 5 years had catch-up growth,showing a tendency of backwardness.Conclusion:Intervention and instruction on nutritional status should be reinforced according to the features of physical development of premature infants,and perfect follow-up and management system should be established. |
