奉化市6091例学龄前儿童视力筛查结果分析

目的:探讨奉化市学龄前儿童的视力异常情况。方法:2009年6~12月对奉化市28所幼儿园6 091例儿童进行视力筛查和回顾性总结。结果:6 091例儿童中视力异常849例,异常率为13.9%,其中男童视力异常414例,占异常48.8%,女童视力异常435例,占异常51.2%;女童视力异常发生率明显高于男童(P0.05)。视力异常情况主要包括散光,远视+散光,远视,近视+散光,近视,斜视等。849例视力异常儿童中3~4岁视力异常287例,占异常33.8%,4~5岁视力异常255例,占异常30.0%,5~6岁307例,占异常36.2%。3~4岁组儿童的视力异常发生率明显高于4~5岁组和5~6岁组(P0.05)。结论:为了保护儿童的眼健康,妇幼保健部门要积极参与和宣传,用讲座、义诊、派发宣传资料等方法来宣传眼保健的重要性,使全社会都来关注儿童的眼健康,以保证儿童健康、茁壮地成长。

Analysis on vision screening results of 6091 preschool children in Fenghua

Objective:To explore the status of abnormal vision in preschool children in Fenghua city.Methods:6 091 children from 28 kindergartens in Fenghua from June to December 2009 were screened for abnormal vision and summarized retrospectively.Results:Among 6 091 children,849 children were found with abnormal vision,the rate was 13.9%,including 414 boys(48.8%) and 435 girls(51.2%);the rate of abnormal vision in girls was significantly higher than that in boys(P<0.05).Abnormal vision included astigmatism,hyperopia+astigmatism,hyperopia,myopia+astigmatism,myopia and strabismus;among 849 children with abnormal vision,the proportions of children aged 3~4 years old,4~5 years old and 5~6 years old were 33.8%(287 children),30.0%(255 children) and 36.2%(307 children),respectively;the rate of abnormal vision in children aged 3~4 years old was significantly higher than those in children aged 4~5 years old and 5~6 years old(P<0.05).Conclusion:In order to protect eye health of children,maternal and child health departments should participate and promote actively,propagate the importance of eye care by seminars,free clinics,distribution of promotional materials and other methods to promote all society to concern about the eye health of children,to ensure healthy and robust growth of children.
