三叶草钢板治疗肱骨外科颈骨折50例疗效分析

目的：分析三叶草型钢板内固定治疗肱骨近端骨折的临床疗效。方法：将50例肱骨外科颈粉碎性骨折,行切开复位三叶草钢板内固定治疗,术后早期功能锻炼,并观察4、8、12周,6个月、12个月骨折愈合情况及肩关节功能恢复情况。结果：50例均获得平均16个月（6～36个月）随访。50例骨折均愈合,愈合时间为3～8个月,平均4.6个月。按Neer评分标准,优25例,良15例,可10例,总优良率达80.0%。结论：三叶草钢板内固定治疗肱骨近端骨折疗效良好,是一种较理想的治疗方法。

Curative effect analysis of 50 cases of surgical neck fracture of humerus treated by clover-shaped plate fixation

Objective：To analyze the clinical curative effect of fracture of proximal humerus treated by clover-shaped plate internal fixation. Methods：50 cases of communited fracture of surgical neck of the humerus were treated by open reduction and carried out the clover-shaped plate internal fixation. In early time of postoperation, the function exercises were put into practice. The conditions of the fracture healing and the shoulder function were checked in 4,8,12 weeks,6 months and 12 months respectively. Results：All 50 patients were followed up for 6-36 months （average 16 months）.The fractures in 50 cases got satisfactory healing. The healing time took 3-8 months （average 4.6 months）.According to Neer criteria, there were excellent in 25 cases, good in 15 cases, fair in 10 cases. The whole excellent and good rate was 80.0%. Conclusion：The curative effect of using the clover-shaped plate internal fixation for the treatment of fracture of proximal humerus is well, and moreover, the method is an ideal method of treatment.
