暖箱中早产儿臀部皮肤温度测量的临床研究

目的 通过测量暖箱中早产儿臀温、背温与肛温,并分析三者的差异,以期采用臀温测量代替背温和肛温测量.方法 将80例暖箱中早产儿进行臀温与背温、肛温的自身对照.结果 利用统计学进行分析处理,臀温与背温比较(P＞0.05),差异无显著性;臀温与肛温比较(P＞0.05),差异无显著性.结论 测量臀部皮肤温度,体温表易于固定,不易滑出,提高测量的成功率,避免重复操作,简便节时,使用安全,大幅度地提高工作效率,值得推广应用.

Feasibility study of buttock skin temperature for temperature monitoring in incubatored premature infants

Objective This study was carried out to compare temperatures taken at different sites and also to determine the reliability of buttock skin temperature in temperature monitoring for incubatored premature infants.Methods Temperatures of 80 premature infants nursed in incubators were recorded by mercury-in-glass thermometer for a 3-minute period by one investigator at 3 measurement sites: rectum(2~3cm beyond anus),between back skin and mattress and between buttock skin and diaper.Results There is no significant difference between buttock skin temperature and back skin temperature(P>0.05),so does buttock skin temperature and rectal temperature(P>0.05).Conclusion The buttock skin temperature measurement may be a practical method for temperature monitoring in premature infants nursed in incubators.It is a simpler technique and closely approximates the rectal temperature in premature infants.
