中药联合“三联疗法”治疗消化性溃疡疗效观察

目的:观察中药联合"三联疗法"治疗消化性溃疡(PU)的临床疗效。方法:将PU患者60例随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。治疗组服用黄芪建中汤加减联合奥美拉唑肠溶胶囊、阿莫西林胶囊及替硝唑治疗;对照组单纯服用奥美拉唑肠溶胶囊、阿莫西林胶囊及替硝唑治疗,疗程均为4周。观察2组患者治疗前后症状评分及胃镜下病理改善情况,并对临床治愈患者随访半年。结果:治疗组临床疗效和胃镜下疗效均高于对照组,2组相比差异有统计学意义(Z=-2.191,P=0.028;Z=-2.654,P=0.008);治疗后2组症状总积分比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05),治疗组积分低于对照组。结论:中西药联合治疗PU疗效优于单纯西药治疗,且副作用小,临床治愈率高。

Observation on Herbs Combined with Triple Therapy in Treating Peptic Ulcer

Objective: To observe clinical effects of herbs jointed with triple therapy in treating peptic ulcer (PU). Methods: Sixty PU patients were randomly allocated to the treatment group and the control group, 30 cases each group. The treatment group took modifiedHuangQiJianZhongTang, omeprazole enteric-coated capsules, amoxicillin capsules and tinidazole; the control group accepted oral administration of omeprazole enteric-coated capsules, amoxicillin capsules and tinidazole, one course of the treatment was four weeks. Symptom scales before and after treating and pathological changes under gastroscope were observed in both group, the patients were fol-lowed up for six months after they were cured. Results: Curative effect and the under gastroscope effect of the treat-ment group were higher than these of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(Z=-2.191,P=0.028;Z=-2.654,P=0.008). the treatment group was lower than the control group after treatment in symptoms total score, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Curative effects of integrative medicine in treating PU are better than these of only western medicine, and the therapy shows minor side-effects and high clinical cure rate.
