贯叶连翘提取物对流感病毒感染小鼠免疫功能的影响

摘    要:目的:观察贯叶连翘提取物对流感病毒感染小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法:将昆明种小鼠40只随机分为模型对照组、正常对照组、达菲组(10 mg/kg)及贯叶连翘提取物高、低剂量组,每组8只。除正常对照组外,其余各组以流感病毒鼠肺适应株滴鼻感染小鼠后,分别灌服不同的药物(贯叶连翘提取物高剂量组100 mg/kg、低剂量组50 mg/kg和达菲组3 mg/kg)0.2 m L/次,2次/d,5天后摘眼球放血处死小鼠,摘取胸腺和脾脏并计算胸腺指数和脾脏指数;采用MTT法测定小鼠治疗前后T、B淋巴细胞转化率、巨噬细胞的吞噬功能及NK细胞的杀伤活性。结果:贯叶连翘提取物作用于流感病毒感染小鼠后,胸腺和脾脏指数均有所上升,与模型对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P0.05);高、低贯叶连翘提取物组T、B淋巴细胞转化率、巨噬细胞的吞噬功能及NK细胞的杀伤活性与模型对照组相比上升明显(P0.01)。结论:贯叶连翘提取物对流感病毒感染小鼠机体有一定免疫调节作用。

The Influence of GuanYe LianQiao Extract on the Immunologic Function of Influenza Virus-infected Mice
Abstract:Objective: To survey the effects ofGuanYeLianQiao(HypericumperforatumL.) extract on the im-munologic function of influenza virus-infected mice. Methods: Forty mice were randomized into model control group, normal control group, tamiflu group (10 mg/kg), high and low dosage groups ofGuanYeLianQiaoextract, eight mice each group. Except normal control group, the mice in other groups were infected by dripping of influenza virus mice lung adaptive strain, and accepted the drenching of different herbs (high and low dosages ofGuanYe LianQiaoextract, 100mg/kg and 50mg/kg, and tamiflu group, 3mg/kg), 0.2mL each time, twice per day, the eyeballs were taken out in five days and the mice were sacrificed, the thymus gland and the spleen were taken out, thymus in-dex and spleen index were calculated; T and B lymphocyte transformation rates, phagocytic function of macrophage and killing activity of NK cells of the mice were determined before and after treating by adopting MTT method. Re-sults: thymus index and spleen index raised after influenza virus-infected mice were givenGuanYeLianQiaoextract, there was significant difference compared with model control group (P<0.05); T and B lymphocyte transformation rates phagocytic function of macrophage and killing activity of NK cells raised obviously compared with model con-trol group(P<0.01). Conclusion:GuanYeLianQiaoextract shows certain immunoregulation effects to the influenza virus-infected mice.
