电话随访对家庭无创通气患者的影响

目的:探讨电话随访对家庭无创通气患者的影响。方法:将河北联合大学附属医院出院的仍需坚持家庭无创通气的106例患者,随机分为2组各53例。对照组给予常规出院指导,干预组在出院指导的基础上进行定期电话随访。1年后比较2组患者对无创通气治疗的依从性、不良反应发生率及血气指标改善情况。结果:干预组对无创通气治疗的依从性高于对照组、不良反应发生率低于对照组,干预组患者血气指标改善情况优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P0.01)。结论:电话随访可提高患者无创通气治疗的依从性,减少不良反应的发生,有效改善患者血气指标,提高患者的生活质量。

Influence of Telephone Follow-up on the Patients with Noninvasive Ventilation at Home

Objective: To explore the influence of telephone follow-up on the patients with noninvasive ventilation at home. Methods: All 106 patients discharged from Hebei United University Affiliated Hospital were randomized into two groups who needed noninvasive ventilation at home, 53 cases each group. The control group accepted routine discharge guidance and the intervention group telephone follow-ups on the foundation of discharge guidance. The patients' compliances to noninvasive ventilation, the incidence of adverse reaction and the improvements of blood gas indexes were compared in one year between both groups. Results: The intervention group was higher than the control group in the compliance to noninvasive ventilation, lower than the control group in the incidence of adverse reaction, the intervention group was better than the control group in the improvements of blood gas indexes, and the difference showed statistical meaning (P<0.01). Conclusion: Telephone follow-up could raise the patients'compliances to noninvasive ventilation, decrease adverse reaction, effectively improve blood gas indexes and improve quality of life of the patients.
